Johnson cases couniues and is soon to react a verdict. It was orginally filled under the Civil Rights Act of 1963 and Title VII. Braden's case got the go ahead for trail, and is taking on failing to pay women equally, failing to promote women, failing to grant women tenure, failure to equalize working environment and conditions, and a few more. It is going to become a class action law suit.
