Description

An on-campus organization named Students for Reproductive Freedom threw a party in the William Pitt Union to celebrate the 29th anniversary of the Supreme Court's Roe vs Wade decision. The celebration included cheerleaders, testimonials, flying condoms, and a candlelight vigil. The candlelight vigil represented the stories of women who had died or suffered at the hands of illegal abortionists and many of their personal stories were read aloud at the celebration.
