Involvement in Women's Studies Program
In March of 1972, when it looked like the Women's Studies program may not come to fruition due to budgetary restrictions, the Undergraduate Women's Union decided to circulate a petition to show interest in the program. The success of this petition would show the administration that students are in support of a Women's Studies program and push them to make room for the program in the budget for the upcoming year.
