PAAR organization aids rape victims

A branch of the Rape Crisis Center, PAAR, also known as Pittsburgh Action Against Rape, became an independent off-campus organization. They began assisting primarily women in the Pittsburgh city area, using a hotline as their primary mode of communication with victims.
