Two graduate students are in court with Pitt due to the fact they are paying out of state tuition as a result of be married. They are going through a class action law suit, meaning they will be reprimanded as well as all other people in the same and similar situations. This specifically affects women who marry someone from out of state rather than men who would marry a women from out of state. Braden also adds to her class action law suit with putting Chancellor Posvar as a defendant under all of the charges.
