Johnson's Trial Decision

The court decdied to back Pitt in the sec discrimination case with denial of tenure from Sharon Johnson's case. The decision was based on the fact the tneure decsion in made within the University and peer review was shown to be the best way to decide.

The intensive court case that lasted many years for Pitt and Sharon Johnson came to an end with Pitt winning. The case had thousand of testimonies and many witnesses. Overall they decided to agree that her lack od relevant research was enough to deny her tenure.

Johnson decides not appeal to reopen the case for her trail. She has decided it would be in her best interest not to do so.
